9th Annual Mount Pleasant UMC Car Show
Join us Saturday, September 19, 2026, for Cars at the Crossroads, Mount Pleasant UMC’s annual Greensboro Car Show and one of our biggest events of the year!
Cars, trucks, classics, customs, rat rods and more will fill the grounds at Mount Pleasant for a day of great vehicles, food, prizes and community.
Jared Austin & Children’s Fund
What began in 1995 as a community effort to help a young boy in need of a wheelchair has grown into an ongoing ministry serving children and adults with extraordinary medical needs. Through the annual golf tournament and generous community support, the Jared Austin & Children’s Fund has provided more than $257,000 in assistance for wheelchairs, medical equipment, therapy, home modifications, treatment, and other critical needs.

UPWARD BASKETBALL
Mount Pleasant UMC is excited to host another season of Upward Basketball in Greensboro! Our program is open to girls and boys ages 5–8 and provides a fun, encouraging environment where kids can learn basketball skills, build confidence, and enjoy being part of a team.
